CSC stands for Consumer Software Customization” or “Country Specific Code“. It plays an important role in the firmware of Samsung devices. It consists of customized settings, system configurations, localizations, and geo-specific things such as the system language, APN settings, and carrier branding. Samsung update servers check on the CSC code of your Samsung device and match it with the geolocation where it’s being used. If both these things match before sending OTA updates to your device. This is why some Samsung devices get the OTA before while others have to wait.

But you get the update late when compared to Europe. So you can change the CSC to Europe and your device will get the update right alongside the European Samsung device will get the update.
