How to disable the camera shutter sound on your Samsung phone

Note: Companies enable a shutter sound and make it hard to turn off phones to comply with legal regulations. Method 1: Disable Shutter Sound Using ABD Commands

  1. Open the Settings app on your phone.
  2. Tap on About Phone. Now, find the Build Number. Tap on the Build Number 7 times.
  3. This will enable Developer Options on your phone. Quit the app and reopen it, and find Developer Options.
  4. In Developer Options, find the USB Debugging option.
  5. Enable USB Debugging and tap on OK when you get the prompt.
  6. Connect your phone to a PC using a USB-C cable.
  7. Now, you have to download Android SDK Platform Tools on your PC. After this, you’ll have to extract it.

  8. After extracting it, you’ll have to add ADB to the path and finally install the relevant Fastboot drivers.
  9. Open Command Prompt (CMD) and type the below command:
    adb shell settings put system csc_pref_camera_forced_shuttersound_key 0
  10. Hit enter, and this should disable the camera shutter sound on your Samsung phone.

Duration: Until I turn it off

Routine: Turn on Automatically
App opened: Camera
Sound Mode: Mute
