Get November Update for OnePlus 7 and 7 pro

The last year’s flagship series OnePlus 7 and 7 Pro is not yet forgotten by OnePlus. As recently they have got a new update. The new November update for Oneplus 7 and 7 Pro brings November security patch along with some other optimizations. The phone is still running on Oxygen OS 10 based on Android 10. It is yet to be updated to Android 11. Most probably the phone will get Oxygen OS 11 in December or by the first week of January.

  • Optimized the user experience of the status bar in the call scene to reduce mis-touches
  • Updated GMS package to 2020.08
  • Updated Android Security Patch to 2020.11
  • Fixed small probability flashback issue with the Phone app

As usual, the update is a staged rollout so you might haven’t received the update yet. You can either wait for the update to come or, simply update using the below flashable file.

How To Install the Update

  • Download the appropriate update file for your Oneplus phone
  • Please place it in the internal root folder of your phone.
  • Go to settings>> system updates select the settings gear icon from the top right corner.
  • select local upgrade
  • select the downloaded file and click on install
  • Wait for the installation to finish, then reboot.
