Check for Updates
As mentioned before, Samsung is actively working to fix bugs as soon as possible. So the first thing you should do is to check for updates, as Samsung might have already fixed this problem.
To check for updates-
Settings> Software Updates> Download and Install
Open Device in Safe Mode
Using Safe Mode on a Samsung phone or tablet allows you to force the device to run the essential operating system, and disable most 3rd party applications. It’s designed as a diagnostic tool to help solve issues with connectivity, battery life, and more. Using Safe Mode helps users to test whether or not a 3rd party application is causing any issues or interfering with essential functions of a phone like the Camera.
How to Access Safe Mode
First, completely power off the phone or tablet.
Power on the device and when the Samsung logo appears, press and hold the Volume down key.
If done correctly, Safe mode will display on the bottom left corner of the screen. If “Safe mode” does not appear, repeat the steps above.
Once you’re in Safe mode, you can remove the third-party app that is causing issues.
To exit Safe mode, simply restart your phone or tablet and it will reboot normally.
Uninstall Third-Party Apps
